causes one to ponder. Plus, having a passion for life. And for some, having
an intent interest in something extremely analytical. Who cares! When I get old I will die. It will not matter if my brain
is in a better or worse shape at that time. I have about 10 years left

is fired up!!!! Walking, working out in the gym 2 or 3 times a week, including resistance
machines, and dancing. Take vitamins every day, plus CoEnzyme Q10. Also I eat yogurt every day, and I eat salmon about 6days per week. I am also trying to eat more fruits, vegetables, whole grains, b/c earlier in life, I had very bad eating habits. I also drink a lot of water every day. Trying to get more sleep too...but often the internet "lures" me to be online too late at night! Several things I believe........communication I feel is a biggie as well as always finding something new to challenge your thinking....I feel the mind, young or old, continues to grow with learning and doing......barring health problems. I keep my brain active by attempting to learn new things. Also keeping busy with doing crossword puzzles, a lot of reading, etc.......I certainly do a lot of thinking as I'm most analytical by nature. By keeping my mind busy at all times. The computer keeps my mind busy as well as other things in my life. I like to play word games to keep me thinking..and fast games so i can keep on my toes Playing all the games on game board...especially the last few days.
